Statistical quality control(SPC) system for a Canadian Company

Developed Automated statistical quality control(SPC) system for DIPROINDUCA Canada Ltd. Data extracted from PDF and Excel. The extracted data is to be uploaded into one common database and accessible to all using web applications.

Challenge:

• A large amount of data is coming from PDF and Excel.
• Different types of Data are there in PDFs.
• All calculations are done manually which is time-consuming.
• Collect all data from different Excel and pdf and create a master Excel manually

Solution:

• Architecture proposed with AWS Cloud.
• Read Data from all PDFs and Excel.
• All Calculations will be done on the server side.
• Data will be secure and authorized access to the user.
• Server and Database will be following all data security compliances.
• We have used Generative AI.
